I have been a fan of Palladium RPGs for decades. In fact, my first roleplaying game was Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Other Strangeness from Palladium. Here, I walk thru some quick and dirty steps taken to (re) create one of my favorite Heroes Unlimited Characters. I really want to play more Palladium games, but at the same time I do not. The system has its issues for sure, and then I have some issues that are specific to my interaction with the games and books. Still it does some stuff really well.
